ATA Payment Policy

Individual Travelers less than 15 persons :-
Minimum 50 % of total bill must be paid upon confirmation of reservation, and to be revised with your tour operator according to arrival dates, Packages and availability.
ATA Will collect The Rest of total bill in Cash In U$D Or in Euro upon arrival to Egypt according to your ATA tour operator instructions.

Groups 15 persons & up:-
25 % must be paid on confirmation.
25 % 29 days prior to the arrival date.
50 % the rest of amount will be paid upon arrival in cash in US$ Or in Euro.

Important note: Please send to ATA Tours a copy of money transferred by fax to Number:(+ 20-2- 33021956). This will Enable our staff to follow-up with the banks in concern.

2-When you need to make the fastest guaranteed way payment you must contact Western Union.

Simply take your payment to the nearest Western Union Agent location.
Pay to : Mr. Hossam Seifeldin Awad Mahmoud
and send the code that given by western union, the country from where you transferred the amount, the amount and the sender full name.

3- Pay By Credit Card:

If You Prefer to pay with Your Credit Card just Visit http://www.ata-tours.net/mbookers.html and click the button with the amount that our ATA Tour operator specify to you .
N.B Please note that 5% from the amount will deduct from your credit card payment as a bank charge fees.

Individual Travelers
Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. If a tour participant cancel his/her reservation the following fees will be applies; If the cancellation is actually received in writing to ATA Travel within 07 days of the confirmation dated is subject to 6% (Minimum 50.00 USD) of the total amount received as a transaction fees of the bank
Additionally the following scale of charges will be applied:

No refunds are possible for No-Show

NOTE:
Except peak period from 22/12 till 07/01 & Eastern holidays & high seasons periods around the year must be revised with your tour operator upon confirmation of your reservation by correspondence for down payment policy.

Groups
30 days before arrival date no cancellation fees.
29 days before arrival date 25% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
15 days before arrival date 50% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
7 days before arrival date 100 % will be charged as a cancellation fees in case of no show.

All Confirmation and Cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING NOT BY PHONE

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TRAIN TICKETS:
4 Days before train departure no cancellation fee.
less Than 4 Days before departure cancellation fee will apply (no refund)

CHILDREN POLICY
Children till 2 years old will be charge only 10% of domestic airfare only.
Children between 2 / 11.99 years old will be charge with 50% of total sharing with parent's room as an adult person with extra bed.
Children over 12 years old will be charge as an adult person
